1-1.5 litres of Milk/Hydrated Water (Organic, Hemp or High Calcium grade)

2 Bananas

2 Dark Plums

2 tsp. Honey (Bush or Pure)

2 Eggs (free range)

2 Protein Bars (optional for that enhanced nutty flavour)

3-6  few drops of Really Good CBD Oil

1-2 ozs of Moringa Leaf

Combine: Place all ingredients into the blender and mix until well combined. Pour into a cup and enjoy your delicious CBD smoothie. Yummo 🙂
